The state forestry institution «Cherven Forestry» carries out forestry activities, is engaged in timber harvesting, processing, sale to the domestic market and for export.

The Cherven Forestry enterprise harvests round timber, produces sawn timber, firewood, and also sells such products as birch sap, bath brooms, bee honey, New Year trees - spruce and pine.

Services are provided for hunting elk, roe deer, beaver, partridge and waterfowl, as well as fur-bearing animals in winter. It offers a Hunter's house, a bathhouse with a nearby reservoir, billiards, gazebos, excursions along an ecological path.
